 I’m finally truly smiling! What I can say is this experience was absolutely soul awakening! Wow.

I attended Soul Awakening’s retreat this past weekend. It was a transformative experience. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and a sense of friendship and support that put me at ease- this was my first ever retreat of this type. The location was beautiful and luxurious, located on the healing shores of the Atlantic Ocean—the salt air, sand, and sunshine added to the joy and serenity I felt all weekend.

The retreat was organized with a perfect blend of activities and time for personal reflection. Each day began with a gentle yoga and stretching session, allowing us to connect with our bodies and set our intentions for the day. Goddess Stacey made sure everyone felt comfortable, regardless of their yoga experience. But her powers don’t stop with Yoga. I had the chance to experience tuning forks, reiki, and beautiful sound with Stacy that made me feel lighter and free. That feeling is with me still, days later.

A highlight for me was the integration of learning and science woven in with guided meditations and energy work. Goddess Kim brought her gift of sharing knowledge along with energy code work. If you haven’t experienced this I highly recommend it.  Without fully knowing what I was walking into, I released years of stored emotion directed at a heartbreaking divorce.  I can smile more genuinely than I have in many years. This is a powerful practice and one I want to continue to explore.

Goddess Carrie has magical hands and offered full body healing massages. As someone who gets regular massages I can honestly say she is the best. She massages with intuition, love, and healing. Her insights, support for women, and amazing serenity guided us throughout the weekend.

Along with guided meditation, Goddess Sharon masterfully cooked delicious, healthy, and beautiful food that fueled my spirit and nourished my body. This was an unexpected treat! Mealtime with the other women was filled with laughter and powerful conversations.

Almost immediately I felt comfortable with the women who embarked on this weekend journey with me. Bonded by a desire to grow and build relationships, I walked away with new friends I will have for life. Our guiding Goddeses created a comfortable and safe space for us to share stories and support each other.

Soul Awakening’s retreat was an unforgettable experience that left me feeling light, free, smiling, and connected to myself and others. I highly recommend it to any woman seeking a deeper sense of purpose, inner peace, and support. This retreat was a true gift for my soul, and I look forward to next time! With gratitude,

  This Retreat was priceless!!!!  this is the first retreat I ever treated myself to ...This dream team provided a nurturing environment...I love when Carrie said...take up space...find your own rhythm...  It is important to give yourself permission to simply BE and release that "shoulds"  I might miss out ....So what!!! The entire group was nurturing!!!  All so beautiful and harmonized so well!!!  What a gift to YOURSELF...Self care!! One love and the only body you will receive in this lifetime... treasure it by going to this retreat

 I think all you ladies are simply beautiful human beings.  I am a particle to you because I think what you are doing is SOOOOO incredible and fascinating and has so much potential for this crazy world.  I wish I had you as my science teacher It was very engaging.  I appreciated the grounding information and I wondered where to purchase the plug in version ? That was so fun and helpful. Looking forward to our April gathering at the Shore.
